    It's just liners/materials.

    No pumps.

    It costs me an extra $50 a month to run my ES2500.

    I think what they are trying to tell you is that you need atleast 1500gph for the show tank..

    But a lot less activity.

    So there's pros and cons.

    I guess there are always pros and cons.....I have been fortunate enough to have had very positive experiences on both sites mentioned. I hope to continue in that trend.

    Regarding the content of this particular thread, I believe that there may have been a significant "English as a second (or even third) language" issue.

    So.....that ES2500....all by itself.....adds another $50 bucks a month to your electric bill? Ouch.....

    Yep. Just that alone. But it's a small price to pay for so many wonderful fish.

    Yes but to many wonderful fish but not enough filter. I don't know what going on.
