You can find 3M marine sealants at the DIY stores. Personally I used E6000 for flat areas like the liner-BD seal. For vertical connections like TPRs on the pond walls I used E6100 which is the no sag version. I purchased a case of E6000 online and that saved lots.

    Eclectic 252011 E6100 10.2 oz. Non-Sag Industrial Strength Adhesive, Clear: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific

It may be helpful for a few more details.......ie, the material of your liner and, again, the surface you are wishing to bond too or the product brand name....

    ie EPDDM, Permalon, etc, etc....
