Awesome pond

My wfie and I just viewed all of your work. That is quite a nice pond and home you have Koimann. Congrats. We would love to see more pics of your pond and the fish as time goes by to see the progression. Thanks for sharing.

I know Luke as well, I spent 4 days at SPKC and did a mud pond harvest, auction and koi show with him and many top Japanese breeders back in 2006. Maybe you were there, it was during the Malaysia Open Koi Championship? I'll let you know some dates once I book my flights, always nice to meet koi kichi from all over the world!

Wow!!!! After looking at all the pixs of the pond & your home, I just want to pack up and buy a new house so I can build a new pond like yours. I love all of the tile work you did. Great job. Thanks for sharing your experience with us.

I am new to the koi hobby, built myself a 9000 US gal pond last year, but am already in the process of designing my next one, so thanks for the ideas and inspiration!

Yes,theres only 2 Bakki Showers with 400kg of Momotaro's BacteriaHouse media, and no other filters used. The pond is about 60tons(15800gallons),the water is turned over 2times per hour.I used an UV for 2months at the beginning just to make sure that the water dont turn too green. But now its been 2 months that I have not used the UV.I also do a 5% water change every week.

Dave,
Are you drawing water from your bottom drain or from a settling chamber?
