I got it from Matt @ Sugar Loaf Koi and its sometimes used to line large ponds /mud ponds. Its a hard plastic/tarp type feel and finishes cleaner than
other liners. Matt has used it many times and like it due to less wrinkles and folds. And it only about .50 a sq. ft, I wanted to have it poly sprayed but that would have cost $10,000 and my liner cost $600. It was a easy decision to make. Maybe someday I'll have it sprayed, but it worked out great for me.

About $15,000 altogether before landscaping.
