my koi are scared?

Hi:
The last time I asked a ? about transporting my koi from an aquarium to a pond we just built...you guys were a big help, anyways, the fish are in the pond now (finally!) They're staying down at the bottom though & they won't come to the surface to eat, is this normal??? It worries me, I've never seen them like this before...any advice would be appreciated....

yes it's normal, especially if the fish are little. give them time....they will get more courage later on.
