Hi Guys,

Im quite new in keeping koi, going to built my 2nd pond size 2.4m x 4.5m, any idea about bottom drain location?, some fren said in the middle.., others said better to hv bottom drain near to one wall end to get better current for koi to exercises.

I agree, this plan looks solid with the additional bottom drain and skimmers.

I question, with the location of the TPR's, do you think you could get away with the deep corners? I suppose the question will come down to; will wind blown debris hang up there or not, ya?

It's always a good idea to take inventory on the trees in your neighboring yards when making these decisions. Hope for lots of palm trees! Good luck with your project.
