cement block question

my pond hole is 16' 10' 5' i just talk to my contractor he ask me what kind cement foot i want at bottom of my pond ( i will build a cement block wall around and put liner inside later). if someones did build a pond that way can you guys give me idea? i like to have cement foot 12" 12" with steel rod inside

What is the question? How many block would it take?

It would be roughly 78 block per row, 7.5 rows high or 624 Block not including the filter pit. You also need re-bar and mortar
