    MstrSeed,

Any thoughts on a date as to when you will be introducing your precious Dainichi Kohaku to its new home?

    Hey Rita,

I was going to try and pick her up this sat but I am working on a proposal for some work (I really need to get work) so I will have to put it off.

Maybe Brett's wife will be coming up to Austin and bring her for me.

Oh, yes, yes, yes! It's almost time then !!!

Bill, don't you dare forget to post her initial launch for us to see!

Oh, and take pics of her BEFORE her launch. I am just dying to see what she looks like. (I just love the Dainichi bloodine)

CAUTION: If you don't remember to take pics before you launch her, it's going to cost you an arm and a leg in having to get a submersible ROV just to find her again in that ocean! LOL Of course, she'll come up to say "Hi mom", "Hi dad" at feeding time --- but the pics won't be the same .

    Anticipating her launch,

    Rita

    Ohhhhhhhhhhh Bill, she is breathtaking!

I believe she would be considered a sandan kohaku? If I remember the three step pattern correctly.

I can't wait to see how much she's grown.

How long has it been since you've seen her?

Hey Bill will we get to see her in San Antonio? If you are bringing her, I will probably only go to speculate and not show. What a body do you know the bloodline? Beni tells me it's XJR?

Here's my very modest pond right off my front porch. I've got only a small Japanese maple for now until I find the perfect one to put in the corner. The pond is small, but so are my koi. (for now) It's about 2 1/2 feet deep and 6 feet long. (don't know how wide it is, maybe 3 1/2 at the widest?
As soon as I can do one in the backyard I'm going to do one similar to the third pic.
