No One Came To The Rescue

Michelle got no replies to this, posted one more thread and then disappeared into the Koi world abyss. This is sad. Maybe if we find a translator she will come back.

many moons ago I found a japanese magazine that featured my hero toshio Sakai. It took me months of networking to find a lady from japan working for the Boeing Company that was willing to translate for a fee. There were so many words in japanese that don't translate into english that it was one of my poorer
investments. But the other side of the coin is every few years I get it out again and re-read the contents and find as my knowledge grows the better able I am to fill in the missing pieces. If i had to do it again there is a japanese store in Seattle and Portland that the locals referr to as "Wagee's" and you can post messages on a bulletin board. I wish her good luck in her search and hope the poor person who has to translate has a rudamentary understanding of koi----that would help!
