OK, Mr. Bob Winkler it's time to see her

Bob, it's been two years since you got the best Al Goromo I think I have ever seen. I was wondering what she looks like now, and how the growth has been on her.

For those that have not seen her, here she is.

Now that what I'm talking about.

Oh, yes. I remember her in a photo of a lot of koi following harvest. Among the fine Gosanke, she caught my eye. And, Bob posted that she was his. I admit envy. Hope she is doing well.

Thank you for remembering her. She is doing fabulous in our quarantine pond. I will take a picture and post her in the next couple days....We are down in Pueblo at our son's baseball tourney during the sunlight hours...
    Best regards,

Here she is today. She is a bit skinny, as it is the beginning of our summer and she is carrying no eggs. She has only grown 2 cm to 69 cm in the last 1 1/2 years, but that is likely because she is in the quarantine pond (2400 gallons) with ALL our koi. Still awaiting the new pond to be completed, er, started. Hopefully she will grow more there when we can feed more.
    Best regards,

You say she may be a bit thin, but her quality hasn't changed in your waters at all. Very good job! Here in the western part of the U.S., goromos have a tendency to lose their reticulation and blend all together.
