welcome glitterfin

hello glitterfin............i guess that you will have to ask a specific question or at least bring up a specific topic to get responces..........but there is a lot of information here and people willing to share knowledge if you have an actual question....also read the old threads..alot of things can be learned there....what kind of pond do you have...size, filtration, fish load...and what do you want to know about koi...are you just learning about koi keeping or are you interested in advancing your skills to the next level....thats really where i am at...the more i learn about koi and koi keeping, the more i want to know...good luck to you...

Thank you

Thank you for the greetings. We have a new Koi pond, but I'm not sure if any of our fish are Koi, as they are mostly small, except for a few larger ones, which are probably not Koi, since they do not have the barbels. I would prefer to find out if I can keep these fish healthy and happy first before adding Koi to this pond. I'm just here to learn about the care of these awesome Koi.

We have a pond that is in two parts, so keeping Koi and goldfish separate would not be hard to do.
