  • Texas Koi & Fancy Goldfish Society Show Sept. 25-26 Upda

Everyone is invited to the 13th ANNUAL TEXAS KOI & FANCY GOLDFISH SOCIETY SHOW - September 25-26, 2004 in San Antonio, TX

This years show is shaping up to be the best ever. Show location is at Water Garden Gems, which is located on IH–10 east of San Antonio between exits 593 & 595 on the north access road. Free admission and parking for all events. Fish hobbyists from all across the United States will be bringing their top quality koi and goldfish to compete at this exciting event. Only a few koi tanks are still available. It appears that we will be sold out quickly so make your reservations right away. Head Koi Judge will be Jim Reilly.

In addition to the fish show, education seminars will be held both days covering various aspects of fish and pond maintenance. Speakers for the seminars represent a “who’s who” of the koi/goldfish and water filtration.

The military bloodmobile from Brooke Army Medical Hospital will be taking blood donations for our troops in Afghanistan & Iraq. Donors will receive a gift certificate for a Whisky Barrel Water Garden from Water Garden Gems.

Numerous show vendors/exhibitors will also be in attendance. Under a 60’ x 90’ vendor’s tent, you can buy koi, goldfish, filtration, pond & landscaping accessories, and jewelry vendors.

Arts & Craft Show: In additional to our regular show vendors this year we will have over 30 art & craft booths with special items for sale.

The San Antonio chapter of the Japanese Society of America will have several booths and displays of Japanese crafts and entertainment. There will also be food booths at the event so plan to come and spend the entire day.

Special koi & goldfish auction at 1:00pm on Sunday.
