Here's Bill selecting the sanke for a few that were not present. If you don't like your picks, blame Bill, it must be his lucky fingers.

This is mine and I am quite happy with her.

I am especially excited to be in this growout because of the others involved. All with good skills, a competitive spirit, and a couple with a sharp wit.

I can't wait to see y'all in your tshirts.

I was REALLY impressed with your sanke Mike. Great skin and great frame on that one. The sumi looks like a sharpie busted on the fish.

This is going to be fun.....

I was thinking the same about yours. Since I had to work and couldn't be there, the certs Ryan posted is the first time I have seen them all. It should be a lot of fun.

I got a Tancho Showa at last years event that has put on some great growth and the sumi that is coming up is amazing in the amount and the quality. When she comes up to eat you can see the sumi on the head is like a shiny black lacquer. Really nice.

I also have a Brett Showa from Dainichi parents that in her third year is starting to be fun to watch. The first couple of years no much seemed to happen except a steady growth.

The one thing I am learning from Dainichi koi is patience. It may take them a while to show their stuff, but the journey is what it is all about.

                              Those are really nice Sanke!

Congrats. Ya'll have to post pics every couple of months so we can see the development.
