Asking for help. Koi are dying dispite treatment

I've had Koi for 12 years with no problems until now. I had them in a pond with 50 cubic meters with no filtration, frequent water changes and lots a aireatiion. From about 20 I finished having 60 plus....

Last summer my koi spawned and I was able to preserve 35 or so of the fry. I put them in a fish tank to winter over to increase their chance of survival. I had planned to reintroduce them into the pond...
