This little koi is only 7 weeks old and is how BIG
Its about 4" - 4.5" and a Tancholol and not a keeper
Will try and sort out some more photo's.

A koi keeper always has too many koi, yet never has enough.
That's amazing! I have some koi from last years spawn that are mostly 6" to 8". Yet there are several hundred still about 2". Just as in all of nature there are big small and everything in between. My question is ..... are these the koi from the showa spawn?

Cull that huge one now or at least separate it from the others. do you know why it is so big? It is eating it's siblings. Anything small enough to fit in it's mouth is dinner.
